Frozen Four Chosen

On the 30th the last two spots were taken.
North dakota’s goalie Jean-Philippe Lamoureux made an impressive 41 saves on the night to carry the fighting souix to a 3-2 overtime win over Wisconsin.
Boston College needed overtime as well to advance. Down 2-0 near the end of the second period, Boston came back very quickly and took a 3-2 lead by then end of the second. Miami could only score one more in the 3rd and the game was sent to OT. Boston’s forward Joe Whitney scored the overtime winner, sending Boston to their third straight Frozen Four.
North Dakota and Boston College will play each other on April 10th for a chance at the championship round.
Michigan and Notre Dame will also play on the 10th in Denver at the Pepsi Center. The games will take place at 6 and 9pm mountain time.
